Reservation Policy
RATES
Rates quoted on this website are not inclusive of taxes and service charges. These special rates are only available when you make a deposit payment for your booking in advance via the Internet.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are confirmed by our system once guaranteed by your payment.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail that is valid for the deposit of your room and any other services detailed in the offer conditions. At the time of booking you MUST ensure that the email address given is correct and reachable. If you do not receive any email from our system within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
Making payment through our online payment gateway OR leaving your credit card information on the server shall be regarded as your firm confirmation of arrival. Should you fail to fulfill your booking, for all circumstances, the cancellation and no-show policy will be applied.
For deposit booking, as per hotel policy to guarantee your booking, your credit card details will be securely communicated to the hotel reservation department for entry into your reservation profile. Should you fail to arrive or cancel within the cancellation period the hotel reserves the right to use this information to charge your card the applicable penalty.
CHECK IN /CHECK OUT TIME
Unless specified otherwise, the check in time is 2:00 pm in the afternoon and the check out time is 12noon (12:00 pm)

Photographs and illustrations and other promotional material are for promotion purposes only. They do not represent any benefits that will be included in any arrangements made by you.
PAYMENT
You will require a valid credit card to pay for your reservation. Your card will either be charged the total amount or a deposit of the total amount of your stay including any other services as detailed in the offer conditions. A booking fee of 100 Thai Baht or equivalent will be charged for each booking. This charge is non-refundable.
The charge will appear on your card statement as a charge by the hotel, in Thai Baht or in your local credit card currency converted from Thai Baht by our bank, at their conversion rate applicable on that day.
The hotel will ask for a valid credit card again on check-in. This is to cover incidental expenses like meals, drinks, laundry, etc. You will remain responsible for payment of all such extra charges direct to the hotel.
AMENDMENTS
If there are any changes to your reservation including extension, reduction of stay or delayed arrival, please contact the hotel by e-mail or fax
Amendments of your booking are subject to an administration fee of THB 500 or 2.5% of refund value, whichever is greater.
SHORTENING OF STAY
The shortening of stay including, but not limited to, early check-outs, reduction of number of rooms or people are considered as partial cancellation which will be subject to our cancellation policy as detailed below.

CANCELLATIONS AND/OR NO SHOW
- Cancellation for fully pre-paid bookings made more than 21 days prior to date of arrival: will receive a full refund, less bank administration fee (10.5%) and Resort administration fee (10.5%) of the total booking
- Cancellation for fully pre-paid bookings made less than 21 days prior to date of arrival: will not be refunded
- Cancellations for deposit bookings will not be refunded
- Cancellations for deposit bookings made more than 21 days prior to date of arrival: deposit will not be refunded + 3 nights cancellation/no show charge will be applied.
- The booking fee is non-refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that insurance covers loss of deposit and other monies through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, and additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurable risk.

All prices quoted in AWBR web are correct at the time of publishing. Such prices and international rates of exchange are subject to change, which in turn may affect room rates quoted. Regardless of a deposit or full payment having been made, any increase in the rates must also be paid by the customer. If such increase is unacceptable, the customer retains the right to cancel his/her booking. However, attention is drawn to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy may be changed according to season.
