Cancellation, No Show, Currency Conversion

The conversion of the room rate to Thai Baht from EURO will be calculated upon check-in.

A valid credit card is required to confirm each reservation. On confirmation, Andaman White Beach Resort reserves the right to charge a 10% deposit. The balance due will be payable to the hotel upon check-out, unless otherwise stated.

Peak Season (20 Dec to 20 Jan): A 50% deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows . If the booking is canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded, less administration fee of 5% of the amount of the deposit or Bt. 500 (whichever is greater). For cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable . No Show; the deposit will be non-refundable. Shortening Stay; Full length of stay less deposit will be charged

High Season (01 Nov to 19 Dec & 21 Jan to 30 Apr): A 10% deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows . If the booking is canceled more than 21 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded, less administration fee of 5% of the amount of the deposit or Bt. 500 (whichever is greater) . For cancellations 21 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable.

No Show; the deposit will be non-refundable.

Shortening Stay; Full length of stay less deposit will be charged

All Other Times: A 10% deposit of total booking value is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows. If the booking is canceled more than 7 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded, less administration fee of 5% of the amount of the deposit or Bt. 500 (whichever is greater).

For cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable.

No Show; the deposit will be non-refundable.
Shortening Stay; 1 additional night room rate will be charged
